Our management and clinical teams offer our practices a unique hands-on-approach centered on one conviction – that people always come first.

Our talented clinical and operations teams are devoted to creating a lifetime of care for every patient, offering an informed patient experience to promote healthy habits and lifestyles. SDP offices reach across Florida, primarily located in secondary markets outside major metropolitan cities such as Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Fort Meyers. Currently, we have offices in Englewood, St. Armands, Venice, Naples, Palm Coast, Sarasota, Orange City, Lake Nona, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, Jacksonville, and North Port.

Prior to his leadership at Shore Dental Partners, he was a Board Director and Interim CEO at SALT Dental Collective, where he skillfully steered the company toward rapid growth and innovation as the company grew from 18 to 50+ offices across 5 states. Jim’s professional journey began at the multinational pharmaceutical giant Merck & Co. Inc, where he honed his skills domestically and internationally.

Jim’s entrepreneurial spirit is undeniable; he founded a multi-franchise retail operation that achieved Franchise 500 status and has taken the helm as CEO of diverse organizations including those in the fields of sleep disorders, behavioral health, and chronic back pain.
